Plant Medicine Restorative Yoga
These classes will take place online via ZOOM. Register online to receive your ZOOM link.
Plant Medicine Restorative Yoga is a practice in embodied gentleness that is rooted in plant spirit connection.
The flow is simple; we begin with a plant meditation (options include cannabis, chamomile, kava, cacao, skullcap, or any other plant of your choice) followed by exploring 7 poses, holding each for approximately 10 minutes. Between each pose is plenty of space for observation, intuitive movement and (re)connection to the spirit of the plant.

Embodied Altar Virtual Retreat
E m b o d i e d * A l t a r is a 2-part virtual evening retreat with me. We will be exploring the body as a portal for sacred connection to the divine, our ancestors and to the elements & rhythms of nature.
Registration deadline: 8am EST on Monday, April 12th
Day One - Monday, April 19th (6-8PM EST)
Day Two - Monday, April 26th (6-8PM EST)

Every participant will receive a retreat care package in the mail; please use your mailing address while filling out the registration linked below.
Additionally, you will be sent an email with a brief reading to review prior to our retreat in addition to the Zoom link by the end of the day Monday, April 12th.
